Fellow Alabama grads need your help:

A message from Chapter President Marc Brafman

Every week, the Roll Tide Chicago web site gets e-mails from our fellow alumni living in the Chicagoland area looking for job leads and asking us to post their resume. The chapter wants to help as much as possible, but we don’t currently have the time or the resources to do much other than offer encouragement. I want to change that.

We’d like to build our alumni club into a group that does more than just watch football games. That is where you come in. The board is looking for one or two people to take this on this “job networking” challenge. The board has some ideas to get you started, and I have spoken to the University and their Career Center has pledged their support in any way they can.

We need a volunteer to lead the charge on this project! Most Bama chapters around the country don’t offer this service, so we will blazing a trail nationally in this regard. If you are interested in volunteering, please e-mail us at www.rolltidechicago.com and we will start the process.

Thanks and I look forward to seeing everyone for the Va-Tech game at 7:00 pm at the Tooth.
